Contact Pullback Log
You reach Pullback Log through the developer contact on our RCIS app’s App Store or Google Play listing; the site itself has no form, no chat and no published inbox. Questions about your application, your test appointment or your score go to CCI or Pearson VUE, because only they can see your record.
Which question goes where
| Your question | Send it to | Why there |
|---|---|---|
| A practice case looks wrong, or an option note is unclear | Pullback Log, via the app listing | We wrote the case and can fix it |
| The app: access, a bug, a purchase | Pullback Log, via the app listing | Refunds run through Apple or Google under their store rules |
| Eligibility, documents, your application, the Authorization to Test | CCI | CCI decides who sits the exam |
| Booking, moving or canceling a test center appointment | Pearson VUE | The exam is computer-based, at Pearson VUE test centers |
| Your score, a retake, renewal, fees | CCI’s FAQ | These rules belong to CCI and change over time |
Reaching us through the app listing
Open the listing
Tap “Get the app” below. On a phone it opens the store page directly; on a computer you get a short page with both store badges.
Find the developer contact
On the App Store it is the App Support link; on Google Play it is the developer contact section near the bottom of the listing.
Name this site
Start with “Pullback Log” and rcis-cath-lab-exam.com, so the message is matched to the right site.
Open the RCIS app listing
The store page carries the developer contact. The free practice test on this site needs no account.
Reporting an error in a case
Corrections are the most useful message you can send. Each case shows a case number and a task code in its left gutter (for example B3), which is enough for us to find it. Include three things:
- the page address and the case number with its task code;
- which option you think should be keyed, in one sentence;
- your source: the text and edition, or the guideline and year.
Each report is checked against the sources listed on the about page. If the case is wrong, it is rewritten in full, option notes included, so every note matches the new key.
What we cannot help with
We cannot see or change anything in your CCI file, confirm your eligibility route or tell you when an application will be processed. CCI posts those rules, and the requirements page links each one to its source. For study questions, the study guide and the practice test are the fastest answer.
Keep the log going
Work the free case run here, then carry the full RCIS bank with you: the app sorts questions by the same five domains and keeps the explanation for every option.
