Privacy policy
Reading Pullback Log leaves no trace with us: the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, ad tags or tracking pixels, and asks for no account. The one record we keep is made when you tap a “Get the app” button, and it is written on our server, not in your browser.
While you read and practice
| On the site | What happens |
|---|---|
| Cookies and browser storage | none set, none read |
| Analytics, ad or social scripts | none loaded |
| Fonts, styles and the case-run script | served from rcis-cath-lab-exam.com itself |
| Answers in a case run | held in the open tab only; a reload clears them |
| Forms, sign-up, comments | none exist |
The delivery network that serves these files sees your IP address and request headers, as with any website, to deliver them and stop abuse. We keep no log of page views.
The app link and its click log
Every “Get the app” button points to go.rcis-cath-lab-exam.com/app. An iPhone or iPad is sent on to the App Store, an Android phone to Google Play; a computer gets a short page with both store badges and a link to the practice test, and a tap there goes through the same host.
Each such request is written to our click log after the redirect has gone out, server to server. No cookie is set and no script runs in your browser for it. Link checks that do not open the page (HEAD requests) are not logged.
| Field | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Time | date and time of the request |
| Page | the Pullback Log page the button was on, from the link itself or else from the referring address on this site |
| Button and tags | which button it was (top bar, mid-page, end of page) and any utm_ campaign tags in the link |
| Device | operating system and the full user-agent string your browser sends |
| Destination | App Store, Google Play, or the practice test on this site |
| Network | IP address, the network number (ASN) and the name of the provider that owns it |
| Rough location | country, region, city and time zone as the delivery network estimates them from the IP, plus the code of the data center that answered |
| Referrer | the referring page address, if your browser sends one |
The site label on store links
Store links carry a label naming this site, so install counts can be tied to it: on the App Store a campaign token ct=rcis-cath-lab-exam.com with the provider token of the app’s developer account, on Google Play an install referrer utm_source=rcis-cath-lab-exam.com. The label describes the site, not you. Inside a store, Apple’s or Google’s privacy terms apply, and the app’s own privacy details are on its listing.
What the log is for, and your choices
In short
- The log answers one question: which pages send readers to the app. It holds no name or email, and nothing is set to recognize you on a later visit; the IP address and user agent are the only fields that point toward a device.
- Click records are not sold, rented or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
- For no record at all, skip the app button: the practice test and the study guide work without it.
- To ask what the log holds about a tap, or to have it removed, use the route on the contact page with the date, rough time and device.
If this policy changes, this page changes first. This version took effect in October 2026. Back to the RCIS exam overview.
Keep the log going
Work the free case run here, then carry the full RCIS bank with you: the app sorts questions by the same five domains and keeps the explanation for every option.
